Biography
Coral, a former athlete herself has been a coach since 2004 whilst working in various primary schools throughout Newham, which led her to receive the London Regional Coach of the Year Award in 2014.
Now she coaches an inclusive group of various ages at Newham and Essex Beagles AC, including the ever improving sprinter Finette Agyapong who has improved her personal best from 23.55 to 22.86 in the space of 12 months. She is also the 2017 European U23 Champions over 200m.
In 2009, Coral was accepted onto the England Athletics Development Programme for speed where her achievements range from having athletes competing at various events such as school, boroughs, county, English Schools, Junior World Championships and European Championships.
Coral has also been a sprints coach on behalf of British Athletics in 2015 at the Paralimpiadas Escolares 2015 School Games in Natal, Brazil and recently in 2017 World Para Junior Championships in Nottwill, Switzerland.
