The Female Coaching Network are working alongside European Athletics to increase the number of female coaches within Europe.
To date, the FCN has worked alongside European Athletics to present at the inaugural ‘Coaches Club’ during the European Championships in Berlin 2018 and at the High Performance Conference in Warsaw 2019.
The aim of the work of the FCN is to identify the inequalities in European Athletics as a sport by conducting unique research into the cultural and governing practices of coaching around the Continent.
The FCN continues it’s work in partnership with European Athletics, Leeds Beckett University and Member Federations.
