Delaney played for Canada’s National Women’s Team from 1999-2011, capturing three gold medals (2000, 2004, 2007) and a silver medals (2005, 2008) at the IIHF World Women’s Championship. She was an Assistant Coach for Canada’s Development Team in 2013-14 and 2015-16, as well as an Assistant Coach with Canada’s U18 National Team in 2014-2015.  As an Assistant Coach with Canada’s National Women’s Under-18 Team, she won silver at the 2015 IIHF Ice Hockey U18 Women’s World Championships in Buffalo, NY. Collins currently completed her 5th year as an Assistant Coach at Mercyhurst University where she went to two Frozen Four tournaments and won two CHA League Championships. Delaney has a Undergraduate Degree from the University of Alberta and a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from Mercyhurst University.
