Since 2010, Minneth Bryan Reynolds has been a specialist coach of Jamaica’s senior team, the Sunshine Girls. She has coached the national Under-16 team since 2004 during which they won several Caribbean Championships.

Minneth takes the helm as head coach of the Sunshine Girls at a crucial time when Netball Jamaica has refocused its strengths to be the Number 1 netball nation. The first goal of winning a medal at the Commonwealth Games, this time a bronze medal, was achieved. Next is the Netball World Cup (NWC) in August, 2015.

Minneth’s coaching career spans over 25 years beginning in 1989 at the Edwin Allen High School and continuing at Knox Community College and the Spegs Netball Club. Through her years of developing young players, many players had passed through her adept coaching hands to reach the elite level.

In September 2014, Minneth achieved the Jamaica Award, the highest level coaching certification of Netball Jamaica.

She holds a Diploma and a BA in Physical Education & Sports from GC Foster College. Since 2008 she has taught Physical Education and Sports at St Hugh’s High School.
