Better people, make better coaches.
It is essential for coaches to receive the support needed to navigate the increasingly high-pressure and fast-paced world of performance sport. This support enables coaches to foster both personal growth and professional excellence. By prioritising development and resilience, coaches can better serve their athletes and teams
👉 Tailored Mentoring to Your Needs
Support packages are tailored to meet the specific needs of coaches, whether full support is required throughout a season, tournament, or camp, or simply occasional availability for consultation via phone. The focus is on providing flexible and reliable assistance to suit individual circumstances.
👉 Online or In-Person
Wherever you are in the World, arrangements can be made to support either online or in-person.
👉 Observational Feedback
With experience working alongside elite sports coaches across various disciplines, support can be offered as an external viewpoint to enhance attention to detail in performance preparation. This might involve observing training sessions, reviewing plans and strategies, or acting as a sounding board during team and athlete preparation. The aim is to help coaches optimise their performance and operate at their best.
Coach Mentor: Vicky Huyton
My name is Vicky Huyton, High Performance Coach and founder of the Female Coaching Network. For over two decades, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding and shaping the world of coaching in performance sport.
My journey began as a performance coach, working with elite track and field athletes, professional footballers at Everton FC, and England women’s football team, and I was honoured to have coached alongside some of the worlds best coaches throughout. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of the immense pressures and complexities of high-performance environments—and, more importantly, how to thrive within them.
My mission with my coaching is to help ambitious sports coaches unlock their full potential, both professionally and personally. I am a believer that better people make better coaches, but I also believe that coaches need all the support they can get in navigating the increasingly high pressured and faced paced world of performance sport.
That’s why having someone in your corner—a coach dedicated solely to your success and wellbeing—is not just helpful, it’s essential.
